Nasty Gal is starting the new year on the right foot with their January lookbook titled “Pop Rocks“. Their description goes like this: “Go where rainbows reign, linings come in silver and platforms can’t get high enough! We’re in electric ladyland with colors that blaze beyond the spectrum and patterns that are poppin’ off.” This is mine: If Rainbow Brite was real and in her 20s than this lookbook’s content is how she would look like if she was going out to party. Wouldn’t you agree?

We can see the metallic/hologram trend mixed with some very bold colorblocking making for some “taste the electric rainbow” awesomeness. There’s also a hint of the black/white trend that we will be seeing a lot of in 2013. I love everything about this lookbook from the pieces to the awesome makeup and backgrounds used. How about you?

Podemos ver la tendencia metálica mezclada con colorblocking que crea un concepto tipo “prueba el arco iris eléctrico” . También hay un indicio de la tendencia de negro y blanco que estaremos viendo mucho en 2013.
