Metal is IN. I’m not talking about the music (although Metal never dies) or the “band tees” being sold by stores that don’t have anything to do with bands (YOU know who you are). I’m talking about all the metallic/hologram madness that’s been around since the end of 2012. I love it because its like the fashion that we imagined back then by way of futuristic movies and tv shows (remember Zenon?) is finally here! I’ve been loving it and thanks to trendy brands like Proenza Schouler and their hologram PS11, I think the trend will stay alive for most of this year. Below is a compilation of some of my favorite metal pieces that you should check out.

El metal está IN. No estoy hablando de la música (aunque el metal nunca muere) o los “camisetas de bandas” que se venden en tiendas que no tienen nada que ver con bandas (ustedes saben quienes son). Estoy hablando de todo metálico/holograma que ha estado viendo desde el final de 2012. Me encanta porque es como la moda que nos imaginábamos antes por medio de películas futuristas y programas de televisión (¿recuerdas a Zenon?) ya está aquí. Ahora faltan los autos voladores de los Jetsons. A mi me esta gustando lo que veo y gracias a las marcas de moda como Proenza Schouler y su PS11 edición holograma, creo que la tendencia va a mantenerse con vida durante la mayor parte de este año. A continuación se muestra una recopilación de algunas de mis piezas favoritas.
