Shoesday Tuesday: Madison Harding’s Bolt Platform Boot

This week’s edition of Shoesday Tuesday features the kind of shoe that if bought will be worn at least twice a week every week for autumn. It’s perfection in all its big and black sexiness. It’s Madison Harding’s Bolt platform boot and that bolt is the reason why this platform boot stands out among the rest and why you’re reading this right now.

Last week Nasty Gal presented their “In the Mood” lookbook, which is a representation of bad ass to the max but with the Nasty Gal touch. I was blown away by just about everything from “In the Mood” but the Bolt platform boots were the stars (at least to me). I love this boot. It has a wooden platform and heel, comfortable inclination, black suede finish, and that awesome lightning bolt design. If you like wooden platforms (like me) then this is the boot for you. The price tag is pretty high but as I wrote in the beginning, this is the kind of shoe that will get worn A LOT. In the Madison Harding website, there’s a photo of the Bolt but in a different color and they look insanely shoegasmic.

Here’s a look that I created using Polyvore with garments from the “In the Mood” lookbook featuring the Bolt platform boot. Check it! Tell me whatcha think below!
