Esta semana me di cuenta de algo: ya es semana de Acción de Gracias. ¿Que que? ¿Cómo fue eso? NPI pero ya estamos a ley de na’ para comer pavo, beber coquito, gastar ridículas e inexistentes cantidades de dinero y despedir el 2011. En lo que una parte de la sociedad puertorriqueña está muy ocupada observando y leyendo las noticias (las cuales siempre enfatizaran lo malo para que lleguemos a la conclusión de que estamos perdidamente jodidos ya que Compton se está quedando corto al lado de Puerto Rico), otra parte se cree que el iPhone 4s va a ser rebajado de precio durante las ventas de viernes negro (HA!), yo ya estoy compilando lo que me gustaría que me regalaran, compraran, bajara del cielo para esta temporada navideña que por casualidad ocurre cerca del día mas importante del año: enero 1, el día de mi cumpleaños. Así que aquí les presento mi “wish list” para el viejo panzón. Y tú, ¿qué quieres que te regalen esta navidad?

This week I realized something: its Thanksgiving week. WHAA?! How did this happen?! No idea yet but yes, unlimited turkey eating, coquito drinking, nonexistent money spending, and partying the last ticks of 2011 away is so close you can smell the leftover stuffing. While a fraction of Puerto Ricans are too busy watching the news and reading the newspapers (that mostly focus on the negative events so we can come to the conclusion that we are oh so very effed and that we make Compton look like suburban cul-de-sac), another fraction actually believes that the iPhone 4s will have some sort of discount during Black Friday (HA!), and I am compiling what I would like to see as a gift to my person during this Christmas season that coincidentally happens around the same time as the most important day of the year: January 1^st, my birthday. So here I present my (ever growing) wish list for Santa. What do you want this Christmas?
