This past week has been a busy one and this weekend looks to be insane. I’ve been working on my sourcebook assignment. That’s why I’ve only done one post this week (plus this one). Hopefully, next week I’ll make at least one. The semester’s almost over and I have a final project that I have to do. I’m doing great in school and now is not the time to eff it up. Anyways I compiled some of my favorite pins from this past week.

It’s been an interesting week over at Pinterest. I’m seeing some very mean and hateful comments written on some very nice peoples’ profiles. I don’t understand why people are so mean and rude to people that they don’t even know. I know that you can express yourself anyway you want but it’s important to treat people the way you would like to be treated no matter the distance between you. Once you disrespect a person, you’re allowing them to do the same to you, and you can’t say anything about that.  I’m just going to come to the conclusion that the people that do this kind of stuff are people who have serious issues and think that hating on a complete stranger will make them feel powerful and better about themselves. It’s sad. I’ve never had a negative comment on my blog, except for the “dude” from the CLIF 2011 post, but the way I feel/think/write about music is VERY different from the way I feel/think/write about fashion. Also, people in the local band scene deserve to be taken down a notch every once in a while and I am more than happy to oblige. I just hope that when it happens in the fashion part I know how to react correctly towards it. Enough with the drama and back to the pins. I hope that the collage inspires you as it has inspired me.

We got some awesome prints, cat eye liner (which is being seen EVERYWHERE and I love it), San Francisco (my future home perhaps?), white and gold brogues (2012 shoe trend), floral painting that has print potential, matte/glossy all black french mani? (Yes, please!), Mad Hatter inspiration straight from the fifties, mozzarella sticks, and my favorite street style picture from the week featuring some bad ass cut out boots.
